Application for Conditional Use Permit for expansion of an existing Commercial Recreation use within a 5,460 square-foot tenant space to an adjacent 3,640 square-foot tenant space in an existing 36,282 square-foot, multi-tenant commercial building with 104 parking spaces on a 91,804 square-foot site in the I-I (Innovation Industrial) Zoning District.
Recommendation: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, approve the Conditional Use Permit as conditioned.
