Application for Conditional Use Permits to install new small cell wireless facilities (antenna and equipment) on an existing wood utility poles located within the right-of-way at the locations listed below. The proposals consist of installing one antenna on top of an existing utility pole and associated equipment attached to the side of the utility pole. These projects are Categorically Exempt from review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), per Section 15303.
