Application for Major Design Review to construct a 1,762 square-foot first and second story addition to an existing 1,219 square-foot single-unit dwelling with a new 353 square-foot detached garage on a 5,899 square-foot site in the R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District.
Recommendation: Staff recommends the Planning Commission, by resolution, approve the Major Design Review, as conditioned.
