Study session on a 630 square-foot first floor and 652 square-foot second floor addition to an existing 1,601 square-foot single-unit dwelling with detached garage on a 4,899 square-foot site in the R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District.
Recommendation: Staff recommends the Planning Commission, study the Major Design Review and Special Permit application and provide detailed comments.
